How It Works
How Our Comprehensive Sports Injury Diagnosis & Treatment Works
At Valiant Clinic, we take a patient-focused approach to sports injuries, addressing not just the immediate injury but your overall performance and well-being. We create personalised plans that combine advanced diagnostics, targeted treatments, and ongoing support.
Initial Consultation & Assessment
We start with an in-depth discussion of your symptoms, activities, and goals. Our specialists use advanced diagnostic tools - such as ultrasound, MRI, and functional assessments - to pinpoint the exact injury and underlying factors.
Non-Surgical & Surgical Treatments
Depending on the injury, treatment may include physiotherapy, bracing, regenerative medicine (like PRP or shockwave therapy), or minimally invasive surgery when needed to restore function and movement.
Personalised Rehabilitation & Performance Therapy
Recovery isn’t just about healing-it’s about getting back to the sports and activities you love. Our team designs tailored rehabilitation programs that rebuild strength, flexibility, and balance, helping you return stronger and more confident.
Lifestyle & Performance Optimisation
We provide expert advice on nutrition, training, and injury prevention strategies that support your body’s resilience and performance.
