How It Works
How Our Biomechanical & Movement Screening Works
At Valiant Clinic, we take a proactive approach to injury prevention and performance enhancement. Our comprehensive assessments are designed to help you move with confidence and reduce your risk of injury.
Initial Consultation & Assessment
We begin with a detailed discussion about your training history, injuries, and performance goals. Our specialists use movement analysis and advanced diagnostic tools to assess your body in motion.
Detailed Movement Screening
We analyse how you move during activities like squats, lunges, or sport-specific drills. This reveals imbalances, weaknesses, or compensations that can impact your performance or cause pain.
Personalised Feedback & Plan
Based on your assessment, we create a clear plan to improve your movement quality and reduce injury risk. This includes exercises, movement corrections, and expert advice tailored to your needs.
Ongoing Support & Performance Monitoring
Regular check-ins and re-assessments help track your progress and fine-tune your programme as needed. We’re committed to helping you achieve your goals safely and effectively.

How does biomechanical screening work?
Biomechanical screening involves assessing how your body moves during everyday tasks and sport-specific activities. This helps us create a targeted plan to improve your movement patterns, reduce injury risk, and enhance overall performance.
Is it painful or invasive?
No, biomechanical and movement screening is a non-invasive process that helps you understand your body better.
Can this help with chronic pain?
Yes, by addressing movement issues and imbalances, we can often reduce or eliminate the underlying causes of chronic pain.
How often should I be screened?
It depends on your activity level and goals. Many athletes benefit from yearly assessments to track progress and address new concerns.
