Dr. Ghonem earned his Medical Degree from Tanta University, Faculty of Medicine, Egypt. He completed his Cardiology residency and MSc in Cardiology at Sapienza University, Rome, Italy, followed by advanced clinical fellowships in Germany and the United Kingdom. He completed a prestigious Structural Heart Diseases Fellowship at Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals, Imperial College London, where he gained specialized expertise in complex aortic diseases, including aortic dissection and Marfan syndrome.
