How It Works
How Our Pacemaker with Conduction System Pacing Works
At Valiant Clinic, our Pacemaker with Conduction System Pacing offers a more advanced approach to heart rhythm regulation by working with your heart’s natural electrical pathways. This specialized pacing method improves efficiency, reduces cardiac strain, and enhances long-term heart health.
Comprehensive Cardiac Evaluation
A thorough assessment, including ECG, echocardiography, and electrophysiology studies, is conducted to evaluate your heart’s conduction system and determine if conduction system pacing is the best option for you.
Advanced Pacemaker Implantation
A specialized pacemaker is implanted under the skin near the collarbone, with leads strategically positioned to stimulate the heart’s natural conduction system. This ensures a more synchronized and energy-efficient heartbeat.
Seamless Heart Synchronization
Unlike traditional pacemakers that stimulate only the heart’s ventricles, conduction system pacing works with your body’s existing electrical pathways to create a more natural and coordinated heart rhythm.
Enhanced Long-Term Heart Health
By preserving the heart’s natural conduction and improving electrical efficiency, this approach reduces the risk of heart failure, optimizes circulation, and enhances overall cardiovascular function.
Ongoing Monitoring & Adjustments
Regular follow-ups, remote device monitoring, and periodic adjustments ensure that the pacemaker is functioning optimally. Our specialists track heart function over time, making necessary refinements for continued heart health.

Are you suited for pacemaker surgery?
Who is Pacemaker Surgery recommended for?
Heart Block & Bradycardia
Designed for patients with heart block or bradycardia, where the heart’s electrical signals are too slow or blocked. This pacing method ensures proper heart rate regulation, improving circulation and overall heart function.
Natural Pacing Solution
Ideal for individuals who need a pacemaker but want a more physiological approach. Conduction system pacing follows the heart’s natural electrical pathways, reducing the risk of complications associated with traditional pacing.
Lower Heart Failure Risk
Traditional pacemakers can sometimes lead to pacing-induced heart failure. Conduction system pacing minimizes this risk by maintaining a more natural heart rhythm, making it a better long-term solution for cardiac health.
Advanced pacing technology for a more efficient and synchronized heartbeat.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Pacemaker with Conduction System Pacing FAQ’s
How is conduction system pacing different from traditional pacemakers?
Traditional pacemakers stimulate the heart muscle directly, while conduction system pacing stimulates the heart’s natural electrical pathways, leading to more coordinated contractions.
How long does the procedure take?
The implantation typically lasts 60-90 minutes, and most patients are discharged the same day or within 24 hours.
Is the procedure painful?
The procedure is performed under local anesthesia with mild sedation, ensuring patient comfort.
Will this pacemaker last longer than a traditional one?
Battery life depends on individual usage, but modern conduction system pacemakers are designed for long-term performance.
