When should I see a physiotherapist?
Book a physiotherapy assessment if you have persistent neck or back pain, joint stiffness, a sports injury, post-operative recovery (orthopaedic or spinal), neurological rehabilitation needs (stroke, mobility loss), post-COVID deconditioning, or pain that’s affecting your daily mobility or workplace performance. Earlier is generally better — small issues resolve faster than chronic ones.
No referral is required. You can book a physiotherapy assessment directly through WhatsApp, online or by calling our patient services team. If you have insurance, we’ll help confirm coverage before your visit.
Sports medicine is delivered by a medical doctor and focuses on diagnosis, regenerative therapies (PRP, shockwave), ultrasound-guided injections and exercise prescription. Physiotherapy is delivered by DHA-licensed physiotherapists and focuses on hands-on rehabilitation, manual therapy, dry needling, neurological recovery and structured exercise rehab. The two departments work together for end-to-end care.
Our team treats musculoskeletal conditions (neck/back pain, sports injuries, joint and ligament issues, post-operative recovery), neurological conditions (stroke, post-COVID, mobility and balance disorders), and respiratory rehabilitation (ICU recovery). We cover patients of all ages with a one-on-one, individualised approach.
Initial assessments typically last 45–60 minutes, including a thorough history, movement analysis and the first treatment. Follow-up sessions are usually 30–45 minutes and are entirely one-to-one with your assigned physiotherapist.
Please bring a valid ID, your insurance card if applicable, any recent imaging or medical reports (X-rays, MRI, ultrasound), and a list of current medications. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement and access to the area being assessed.
Yes — we deliver structured rehabilitation following orthopaedic and spinal surgeries, co-ordinated with the referring surgeon and protocol-driven for safe progression. Early-stage rehab through full return-to-function is supported.
