During her 13 years in the Middle East she has held positions in both Governmental and Private sector hospitals. Her areas of expertise include workflow design, manpower planning, resource optimization with a key focus on regulatory requirements, accreditation practice and international best practice.
Her clinical areas of expertise include perioperative nursing care. She has a special interest in health informatics with a focus on successfully implementing Electronic Medical Records and has gained experience working with multiple vendors regionally.
Louise is highly motivated in leading her team with a dynamic and energetic approach promoting patient safety and high evidence based care. She encourages continuous nursing education, training and development of her team to ensure their skills are up to date, relevant and based on international best practice.
