Annabel Sara Lynch
Ms. Annabel is an experienced Health and Wellness Coach, skilled at delivering creative wellness solutions to both, individuals and organizations. Ms. Annabel helps to identify health and wellness goals, then works closely with people to create a personalized action plan that supports both, short and long term goals.
Ms. Tanya is a South African Clinical Dietitian, with over 10 years’ experience in nutrition, practicing in both, South Africa and the United Kingdom. She is passionate about supporting individuals to set, achieve and maintain their nutritional goals through a client-centered, evidence based and holistic approach. Her expertise ranges from advanced clinical nutrition support to health promotion, disease prevention and management.

Ms. Jordana is a Licensed Dietitian from South Africa with over 11 years’ of experience in the field. She has dealt largely with clients suffering from chronic diseases of lifestyle, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, weight management, PCOS, starting babies on complementary foods, fussy eaters, food intolerances and allergies and breastfeeding.
Prior to joining Valiant Clinic, Ms. Jordana worked as a dietitian in Dubai and managed her own clinic in South Africa.
Ms. Jordana earned both her Medical Degree (with honors) in Nutrition and Dietetics and Bachelor Degree in Human Biosciences in Physiology and Psychology from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. She is a contributing author in recipe design and nutritional analysis for the Runner’s World Magazine.
